    What We Are Looking For:

    Assistant to the CEO

    Responsibilities include:

    • Various and diverse executional and administrative duties for the CEO
    • Larger-scope special projects as required
    • Organization and maintenance of confidential files
    • Management of office capital expenditures
    • Coordination of CEO travel
    • Benefits management
    • Event planning and execution
    • Outside relationship management on behalf of the CEO

    The ideal individual will demonstrate positivity and excellent problem solving skills, the ability to manage complexity within deadlines, maintain strict confidentiality, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Must be adept at learning and using a variety of software programs and possess strong technology skills. College degree is required.
