Epic Cut Over / Activation Project Manager

Our client in WA is seeking a Senior Epic Activation/Cut Over Project Manager through October of 2020, starting immediately.

Responsibilities / Qualifications Include:

  • Project management experience with a general understanding of PM methodology (PMP education and knowledge would be ideal)
  • Must have extensive project experience with Epic and associated environments
  • Ability to manage, track and modify developed project plans
  • Demonstrated experience with mass migration and the movement of Epic build from POC through PRD environments
  • Must have experience managing integrated cutover plans and upgrade plans
  • Must have experience managing dry runs and read throughs
  • Must be a Liaison with Epic staff and client environments staff
  • Must have experience managing regular planning and development meetings
  • Must have experience managing a Command Center, Call Center and Support Center operations
  • Must have experience managing Work-Flow Dress Rehearsals, login labs, user security, go-live logistics and other readiness and change management activities
  • Must have experience providing project support staffing pertaining to cutover staff, super users and elbow support
  • Ability to use Microsoft Project and Excel application to identify and execute specific assigned tasks from plans and make appropriate modifications and/or adjustments to plans with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Ability to take on and work complex tasks with minimal supervision
  • Successful Huntzinger Consultants will possess solid communication, documentation, multitasking, teamwork and interpersonal skills in addition to adaptability and flexibility
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and carry the minimum level of insurance required by Huntzinger

Logistics:

  • Ability to travel onsite Mon-Thurs, remote on Fri
