We are looking for a Director, Strategic Partners & Global Systems Integrators to lead channel development for our fast-growing Strategic and GSI Partner Ecosystem. This person will create the strategy and build relationships with targeted Strategic Partners and Global Systems Integrators to deliver an increase in pipeline and execute on joint business goals. Reporting directly to the VP WW Channel, this is an opportunity to build a global partner ecosystem for the fastest-growing customer insights platform in the world.
Some of the challenges you’ll be working on:
- Build a pipeline of net new opportunities by leveraging the reach of UserTestingâs Strategic Partners and GSI partners
- Work closely with the UserTesting field organization to identify net new opportunities for UserTestingâs platform
- Build a systematic approach to identify and onboard strategic partners while aligning to their business strategy, organizational structure, and go-to-market focus.
- Enable and activate existing partners through training, enablement and joint selling.
- Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities that drive both reach and new revenue for UserTesting’s platform.
- Host quarterly business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on success.
What we are looking for?
- 10+ years of experience working with strategic partners and GSIs in a partner or channel manager capacity.
- Demonstrated enterprise sales success, proven top performer, with a track record of exceeding quotas; recognition, awards
- Experience with foundational enterprise customer experience technologies
- Excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills
- Outstanding business judgement, ability to think at scale but make progress incrementally.
- Ability to travel up to 30% -40%
- Clear experience of building relationships with Global 1000 C-Staff, senior line-of-business and Digital Marketing, Product Management, Mobile, and Market Research executives
- Proven ‘hunter’ (new business) selling skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is constant with a sense of urgency
- Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with UserTesting team members.
- Passionate about fundamentally transforming the way companies learn about their customers and users
- Experience working with Accenture, Deloitte Consulting and Qualtrics a plus
