Reporting directly to the Vice President of Development, primarily responsible for planning and directing the Annual Appeal program. The position is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the Annual Appeal strategy and outreach.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelorâs Degree required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years development experience with an established track record or other related development experience required.
- Solid volunteer management experience required.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Computer skills required: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
- Computer skills helpful: Blackbaud Raisers Edge, NXT
