Job Description:
- Provides administrative oversight for all associated Fraternity and Sorority Life operations including budget oversight, staff supervision & development, Office space management, building management, and event scheduling.
- Provide risk management education
- Interpret, create and enforce policies and procedures related to the Greek Community
- Develop a strategic plan for FSL and connect to the UCF and SDES Division, and UCF Collective Impact Strategic plans
- Oversee general meetings related to Fraternity and Sorority Life; All Advisor, President, House Corporations, and Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisory Board
- Understanding of Title IX laws and reporting expectations
- Understanding of current state and federal hazing laws & structures
- Planning, developing, and implementing assessment tools and reporting strategies to showcase FSL contributions to student success
- Creative problem solving and innovative thinker
- Knowledge of best practices with Greek Life from a local, national and global perspective
- Ability to be an effective change agent
- Culturally competent with an understanding of IFC, NPC, NPHC, NALFO, Multicultural Greek needs and national expectations
- Collaborative, relationship builder

Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Some evenings and weekends

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and 8+ years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ year(s) of leadership experience.
