Designer/Project Manager

As a project manager, you will support the sales team and work with clients when it comes to their projects. You will
be responsible, starting from the designing phase until the project is closed out.

Responsibilities: (5 Major roles)

• Accurate Estimate
• Accurate Purchasing
• Project management
• Customer Service

• Creative thinking when it comes to design and choosing the right product

Measurables + minimum expected standard

• Logged work hours per week – The goal is 37
• Percentage of due dates completed in time – The goal is 90%
• Finishings – 2% of sales tolerance for finishing per quarter (above that you will be under review)
• Design & estimating mistakes that could’ve been avoided. (Misread Emails, Style and pricing Forms,

measuring sheets and wrong proposal descriptions)

Compensation, bonus and Penalty structure.

• Compensation – Weekly Salary on a W2
• Bonus – 1% percent commission of the gross sales that you are assigned to (This will be paid

Quarterly)

• Penalty – Sloppy mistakes on Designer / Project Manager’s behalf will be deducted from the commission of

that quarter

• We have a weekly design meeting where issues are discussed and solved
• We have clear measurables that give us a pulse on what the Designer / Project Manager performance.
