Qualifications:

• Have at least 5 years of guest service experience
• 2 years leadership and management experience
• Minimum 4 years in a upscale hotel or luxury apartment high-rise
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Flexible schedule
• Have outstanding customer/guests service skills and amazing people skills
• Have strong communication skills both oral and written

• Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times

• Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to different work situations
• Ability to work on your own and as a team
• Knowledge of local area
• Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure
• Have your own reliable transportation
• Microsoft Office proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $37,500.00 /year

Experience:

• Guest Services: 5 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hotel: 5 years (Preferred)
