Job Summary
Manage and coordinate multiple, complex project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates, for system level quality initiatives, including but not limited to core measures program and outcomes reporting improvements.
Provide project leadership and direction. Responsible for coordination of system huddle process and integration of performance data to drive daily operational management. Responsible for core measure reporting and supporting improvement efforts across the system.
Responsible for coordinating activities and processes of RCA2 and QI teams relating to safety system reporting system continuous improvement efforts. Assist in evaluation and redesign of quality based committees. Maintains close working relationships with customers and facilitates business relationships with vendor representatives and consulting engagements as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred. Healthcare discipline preferred or related field approved by Vice President.
Experience: 5 years experience in management, preferable health care environment demonstrating increased and/or diversified responsibility for related service areas.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Advanced leadership, planning, organizational, and accounting skills to manage multiple and potentially large, complex areas and to direct the successful completion of initiatives and achievement of fiscal goals and process improvement. Maintains a current knowledge of the healthcare and practice management industry. Demonstrated interpersonal and communications abilities to support team cohesiveness and a respectful inclusive culture of service excellence. Ability to engage in public contact work and public speaking. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access and Power Point. Ability to use electronic medical records.
