Job Description:

Plans, designs, manages and/or performs activities related to the maintenance, construction and/or installation of facilities, infrastructure and grounds. Involves the executive leadership of the various units within the Facilities areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years of leadership experience.

• Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to prepare clear and concise correspondence and reports at a level appropriate for the intended audience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills are necessary.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Experience in a university setting preferred.
