As an associate project manager, you will support strategic programs and initiatives that impact our stores to drive sales, cost savings or future brand enhancements. This role will be critical in supporting the cross-functional team with executing complex multi-site projects and enable programs to be completed on-time, within scope and budget.
As an associate project manager, you will…

  • Support complex multi-site programs and initiatives: Capital improvement projects with direct impact to sales and/or cost savings. Includes new innovations and equipment, design concepts and future brand enhancements.
  • Specifics tasks include 3rd party vendor management, placing orders, reconciling projects, reviewing site surveys, punch reviews, managing store lists and complex spreadsheets.
  • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles
We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives, 3 years
  • Participation in a variety of projects with progressive responsibility and leadership, 2 years
  • Participation in most aspects of project management including elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications, 2 years
  • Application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools, 1 year
  • Requirements gathering and analysis, 1 year
