Boeing is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join its Facilities and Asset Management team in Tukwila, Washington to oversee projects related to the office environment and executive support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage site projects for executive office complexes, lobbies, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and parking.
- Provide/review interior finish specification and design for new construction and remodel projects that include executive occupants.
- Implement Enterprise, regional, and/or site standards related to the office environment.
- Coordinate site moves with internal and external resources.
- Develop and implement a work package inclusive of statement of work, estimates, layouts, schedule, and forecast.
- Coordinate with business partners, planning, engineering, construction management, security, network, and others.
- Use demand management principles to define project requirements with the business partner.
- Ensure project compliance to Boeing and regulatory standards such as city, county, state, and federal.
- Ensure comprehensive project and contract closeout for audit, accounting, and legal purposes.
- Provide regular project status and updates to leadership and business partners.
- Ensure project implementation meets safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Required Qualifications: (Required Skills and Experience)
- 1+ years developing executive presentations
- 1+ years in a customer service role
- 1+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
- 1+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills and Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Excel in collaboration and communication with executive and senior leadership.
- Be skilled at customer service when managing demand within provided budgets.
- Be proactive in providing status and follow-up to all stakeholders.
Typical Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience, 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
