A well-established Mechanical Contractor with well over 40 years of business experience has a unique opportunity for an experienced Assistant Project Manager at their US Virgin Islands location.
The ideal candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of recent, verifiable experience assisting Project Managers on commercial construction projects.

Virgin Island projects mainly consist of installing mechanical systems in health-related, multi-family residential, educational and correctional facilities for the government and private sectors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to live and work on the Virgin Islands
- General knowledge of commercial Plumbing/Piping and HVAC
- Proficient with computers and software [Word/Excel/Bluebeam]
- Basic understanding of labor and financial reports
- Experience with labor management
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills [Both Written and Oral]
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with the execution of management and planning
- Assist with projects from inception to completion.
- Review project designs and contributes to ideas for cutting costs
- Facilitate communication between office and field staff
- Organize and file documents
- Consult with and gather information from field technicians, engineers, and contractors.
