The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls organization has an exciting Vice President (VP) opportunity leading initiatives to strategically drive consistent technology controls into the operating fabric of JPMC. The successful candidate will work closely with Firmwide Data Management and Lines of Business to assess current control requirements, the associated business controls, and how those controls can be solved sustainably with technology-based solutions. The candidate will also have deep knowledge of foundational JPMC control frameworks and their implementation across multiple disparate organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Chief Data Office to develop, deploy, enhance, and monitor the technology control framework inclusive of Data Quality

Drive overall baseline controls initiative including strategy, implementation, and reporting

Assess business control requirements with a focus on identifying sustainable supporting technology controls

Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders provide reporting & recommendations on key control and risk decisions

Provide control-related subject matter expertise for all relevant projects

Participate in external regulatory audits as appropriate

Identify key metrics and risk indicators upon which to orient the business, report upon, and drive decision-making

Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience

Minimum 4+ years of related experience; Financial Services or Regulatory experience preferred

Understanding of global privacy laws, regulations and compliance requirements

Leadership experience with proven ability to gain commitment and influence change

Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals

CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CIPP certifications a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale and time sensitive projects

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other reporting tools

Fluency in national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to the financial industry
