Job Description:
Responsible for establishing ABM’s recruitment strategy and implementing recruiting initiatives, policies, and practices to attract talent across the organization. Charged with driving systemic change to develop world-class recruiting competencies throughout the company including short and long-term recruitment planning, resource allocation and deployment, performance metrics reporting, and employment branding.

Provide leadership for the development and alignment of the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy that meets the needs of the business.

Responsible for building a sufficient pipeline of internal and external candidates. Develop hiring strategies that will result in attracting and retaining qualified candidates for all positions and maximize the return on investment.

Design and implement recruitment strategies, systems and procedures including review of labor markets, identify sourcing channels, define social media recruitment plan, employment branding approach, create recruitment collateral, selection techniques, sharing of best practices, selection/approval of vendors and implementation of interviewing tools.

Develop, implement and analyze recruitment metrics to track effectiveness of programs, sources and technology as well as drive recruiter performance, allocate resources, adjust priorities to meet business needs and market demands. Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of the team in relation to established goals and communicate findings to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Determines financial resources required to deliver recruiting services and develops budget strategy. Tracks and analyzes budget expenditure. Controls costs, seeking efficiencies and measures cost effectiveness of deliverables.

Job Requirements:
10+ year’s experience with a large multi-business line organization managing talent acquisition with specific focus on high volume recruitment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Proven success in meeting talent acquisition needs of a multi-location fast paced organization. Established best practices (e.g. sourcing, employment branding, inbound/outbound marketing, online search, pipelining, behavioral interviewing and assessment).

Demonstrated expertise in selection and assessment tools, sourcing, employment branding, and recruitment tool and systems

Customer Service Orientation. Strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities at multiple levels within the organization in tactful professional manner. Ability to synthesize and present complex information to broad audience.
