Vice President of Sales – US

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years experience managing a sales team with ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams; plus if you have experience with geographically distributed teams
• The candidate must possess a “passion for excelling” and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
• Ability to handle escalations, and be available at any time of day to facilitate resolution and communication of critical client issues
• The ability to negotiate and influence persuasively, professionally, and effectively to executive levels
• A self-starter, the candidate will bring high energy, enthusiasm, and an action-oriented mentality to his/her team and to the company
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum and Master’s Degree is a plus
• Ability to work out of the Wilmington, MA or Carlsbad CA office
• Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives
