You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute, as you take on some tough challenges. As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for helping to build and run the day-to-day operations of the company, with a significant focus on establishing core back-end operations capabilities, including (but not limited to) workforce management, client implementation, clinical and non-clinical workflow solutioning, scheduling, credentialing and workforce training. This role must be capable of leading teams and executing on daily operations across a distinct new healthcare platform. This position is responsible for operationalizing and executing the organization’s strategy, providing leadership, priorities and direction to teams. This person will be accountable for achieving goals and metrics across Operations, including effective demand/capacity measures, client satisfaction, member satisfaction, and operations efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement back-end business operations:
-
Develop basic organizational competency and tools in implementation, workforce management, business process design, e-to-e clinical / non-clinical processes, training and capability support

Drive development of scalable core processes
-
Support capability development across Operations areas (e.g. EHR, telephony, LMS, credentialing, app build, SalesForce, etc.)
-
Recruit/hire and train talent to support operations functions
-
Support the operating cadence and performance management plan with clear and measurable metrics
Ongoing responsibilities include:
-
Lead small day-to-day “back-end” operations team
-
Contribute to forward strategy and planning for the business
-
Help to facilitate process design and metric management for operational pilots

Establish ongoing operations metrics in partnership with the Performance Management team
-
Manage ongoing performance against established goals and success measures
-
Collaborate regularly with Field Operations team, Coaching Operations team and Chief Medical Officer to ensure business processes and back-end capabilities support day-to-day clinical, coaching and customer service operations

Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and how our operations can evolve

Build repeatable implementation processes with associated metrics

Drive a culture of quality and high Net Promoter Scores

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma/GED or higher

5 + years of experience managing/leading teams

5+ years of experience leading and directing functions, operations and/or large complex programs

5+ years of healthcare experience
