Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt’s VP of Growth you will oversee the consumer experience along with all paid, earned, and owned media across digital platforms. Reporting to the EVP of Digital, you will work closely with Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and the eCommerce team to acquire and retain customers. This is a high impact role as you will oversee digital marketing activities driving our 9-figure global retail portfolio of high-performance lifestyle brands. You will lead a team of talented growth marketers and work with cross-functional teams to achieve high growth goals. We’re looking for a T-shaped player with a growth mindset to take our digital presence to the next level. The VP of Growth will:

  • Own the vision and execution of all global growth marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and coach a team of talented domain experts across owned media, earned media, paid media and consumer experience.
  • Develop new strategic partnership opportunities and innovative growth strategies to gain efficiencies & scale in our customer acquisition efforts.
  • Dive into customer data and craft high-impact growth strategies across all parts of the user funnel, including acquisition, conversion, retention and referral.
  • Work closely with Finance department for Financial Planning & Analysis to project marketing spend, return on ad spend, payback windows, and cashflow.
  • Maximize the Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost ratio by running growth experiments to increase the yield on marketing investments.

What You’ll Contribute:

  • 8+ years’ experience in growth marketing, digital marketing and/or eCommerce.
  • Must be a proven people leader. You thrive on growing and developing winning teams.
  • Strong data and technical proficiency, including experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or MixPanel), BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and advertising analytics.
  • Considerable experience managing product marketing, acquisition, retention, media, mobile, search, e-mail, web development, site content management, multivariate testing, sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
  • Able to “roll up your sleeves” to do what is needed in urgent situations while maintaining a “big-picture” view.
  • Experience managing 7-figure budgets and executing to 9-figure performance.
