Vice President of Clinical Operations– RN/Registered Nurse – Pennsylvania

Responsible for the overall clinical supervision of several skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania. We seek someone with expertise in maintaining professional standards of operation while promoting quality, safety and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. The ideal candidate will travel between (3) current centers and work closely with our Directors of Nursing and nursing staff with hands on support. Responsibilities and Duties for Vice President of Clinical Operations – RN/Registered Nurse:
Clinical supervision and regional oversite of nursing facilities in Pennsylvania.
Educates / supports facility DONs and respective clinical teams to meet nursing standards of practice.
Assists with mock surveys, policy development and interpretation, clinical program building.
Assists with clinical team building.
Assists with clinical troubleshooting, problem identification, and problem resolution.
Assisting with facility QAPI and 5-Star development.
Help develop higher levels of clinical success.
Travel to facilities under your care and spend quality time assisting those clinical teams on a routine basis.
Provide consistent and routine reports of clinical systems, pre-survey, audits, and efforts to improve systems.
Qualifications and Skills for Vice President of Clinical Operations – RN/Registered Nurse:
RN in good standing with State of Pennsylvania
5 – 10 years of nursing services/management preferred
MUST have multi-site management experience
MUST have current leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Leadership
Organizational skills and flexibility to supervise multiple facilities.
Willingness to travel
Good working knowledge of State and Federal Regulations
Good understanding of the dynamics of clinical management and Long-Term Care programs
