Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Vice President, Product Management to join our global team in Newark, NJ. In this exciting role, you will support the development of next generation post trade processing solutions supporting capital markets and wealth management clients. You will meet established goals for the Global Post Trade Management (GPTM) product and partner with colleagues in building and executing the product roadmap. You will be responsible for building out the required components to complete the trade life cycle process for the middle and back office processing. Additionally, you will support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including: gathering market research, product ideation, establishing business cases, gathering business requirements, establishing go-to-market strategies, managing new product roll-out and partnering with sales/ professional services in client visits.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree related to business, finance, or accounting is preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
- 12 years’ experience in business analysis and/or product management and client implementations preferably in the capital markets or wealth management domain
- Solid working knowledge of brokerage processing, sub-ledger, p&l systems, margin processing and calculations
- Demonstrable experience in eliciting and articulating business requirements
- Ability to articulate both business and technical issues in writing, as well as verbally
- Ability to communicate with both technology/development partners as well as business partners
- Strong analytical skills and data skills
- Understand how customers use our product, influence the product roadmap and help monitor feature performance
- Conduct gap analysis for new and existing applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through managing multiple tasks and project deliverables in a deadline driven environment
- Strong problem solving skills with an ability to translate client needs into Broadridge solutions
- A willingness to be flexible, prioritizing problems that are most pressing and using the most appropriate tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile software development methodology and tools
- Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
- Experience with Impact/BPS/Gloss P&L and Subledger modules a plus
