Responsible for the direction and management of finance including the development and implementation of strategic goals and action plans in coordination with the strategic planning process. Responsible for safeguarding the assets through the establishment of proper internal controls and proper maintenance of records. Responsible for the development and implementation of the financial aspects of the strategic plan to assure financial stability and responsibility. Ensures directives and strategies are implemented in areas of responsibility. Provides financial planning and control; interprets and reports financial information to all management levels. Works in partnership with others in ensuring that areas of responsibility are aligned with the Mission, Vision and Values. Member of the senior management teams and functions as a key liaison between the leadership teams, physician partners and governing boards for the areas of responsibility.

MBA in finance, accounting or related business administration.
CPA preferred.

  • Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
