Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with underwriters, production team and borrowers for collection of loan due diligence materials
- Analyze rent roll and operating history data and spread / enter into the financial analysis spreadsheets that are uploaded into Closer
- Review basic third-party report data (appraisals, physical condition assessments, and environmental site assessments)
- Inspect properties and prepare inspection reports (training provided by Greystone)
- Negotiate loan documents, and assist in structuring loans
- Work directly with the borrowers, lawyers and third party vendors
- Assist in closing process
- Other duties and projects, as may be assigned and deemed appropriate from the manager
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required
- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited college or university required or applicable job experience
- Knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills required
- Detail oriented with strong organizational/project-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong time management skills and a respect for deadlines
- Driven, innovative team-player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product
