Job Summary
The DVP is responsible for the overall revenue, profitability and customer experience of an assigned UBF district. The DVP directly supervises Fitness Directors (FD).
Primary Functions
- Ensure maximum profitability through maintaining of recurring sales (EFT) and generating of new sales
- Accountable for overall operations, staffing and sales of clubs in district
- Provide solutions to mitigate profitability loss (attrition, fluff, 3 day cancels)
- Provide leadership, execute corporate directives and develop strategies to maximize people development
- Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the organization by properly hiring and training a team of professionals at all levels
- Recruit, interview, hire and supervise Fitness Directors. Provide a pipeline of candidates and provide a succession plan
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients, vendors, corporate office, and gym partners.
- Visit assigned locations to ensure club standards and customer service exceeds company expectations
Secondary Functions
- Produce special events, educational seminars and promotional activities to generate sales, employee development, and community activity
- Resolve customer service and employee relations issues, partnering with appropriate parties for resolution
- Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- District Sales and management experience required.
- Experience in the fitness industry preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills are paramount
- Strong customer service skills, drives to meet and exceed goals and customer expectations
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and database programs)
- Bilingual English/Spanish desirable
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
