Integral member of the Consumer & SMB Service Assurance Repair Governance team responsible for operational support as it relates to program communication and status updates. Successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills with expertise level experience in executive communications.
Job Description
- Provides operational support developing executive presentations and scorecards that demonstrate program status for Consumer & SMB Service Assurance Repair initiatives
- Partners with Lead Project Managers to compile program status, results and next steps enabling updates to leadership
- Develops and maintains Consumer & SMB Service Assurance Repair Playbook, compiling, organizing, and updating program statuses, results, and roadmaps
- Pulls data from various systems and sources utilizing Microsoft excel to create executive scorecards highlighting KPI performance and trends analysis
- Compiles large amounts of data and condenses into concise, easily understandable executive summaries
Qualifications
- Expertise in creating executive level presentations with graphic design illustrations that are professional in appearance with high attention to data accuracy
- Ability to realize leadership vision for communications and presentations with minimal input and guidance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to write executive level communications that are concise, articulate and professional
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience using Lean methodology and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Project Management certification with demonstrated experience
- Highly organized and professional with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Works effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules
- Exhibits good business judgement with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve business problems
- Willing to travel 20% to 30% domestically and on occasion with short notice
