Are you looking to showcase your e-commerce talents with a growing company? This Sourcing and Online Sales Manager (E-Commerce Specialist) is responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for Ketogeniccom – both on our website (www.ketogenic.com and on our Amazon store).
This well-rounded and digital-savvy professional will lead the day-to-day execution of the e-commerce business and online sales strategy for Ketogenic.com and brand retailer websites, aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the company.
The E-commerce Specialist works with logistics with our warehouse team to make sure each order gets fulfilled. Additionally, this role will involve strategic marketing and product optimization both on our website and on Amazon. Working in collaboration with a brand marketing team, the E-commerce Specialist will ensure site usability, growth, and continued improvement. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest e-commerce solutions that promote revenue growth, improve customer loyalty, streamline business processes, and enable cross-functional teams to contribute to the success of the e-commerce channel. Requires ability to translate quantitative information into creative strategies.

The goal of Ketogenic.com is to source beautiful yet functional products or services that inspire and that communicate an extraordinary sense of care and thoughtfulness towards the clients (imagine Amazon or Bodybuilding.com but specifically for Keto friendly products).
The E-Commerce Specialist will help Ketogenic.com achieve their goals of making the Ketogenic Diet accessible and simple and, the company, an authoritative source within the community.
Roles:
· Assist with promotions with companies and work on digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic through our website for customers to buy
· Monitor trends and changes in online sales. Utilize website analytics, UX research and insights from customers & cross-functional teams to guide the prioritization and development of website improvements that enhance the shopping experience, promote customer loyalty, increase conversion rates and grow AOV
· Be familiar with how to trigger a ticket on the back end to pass through to the company so they can fulfill the order
· Seek ways to improve the conversion rate of the e-commerce sites through performance improvements in the conversion funnel and related site content
· Plan, execute and measure conversion funnel tests, A/B testing of high trafficked landing pages
· Updates product information and content on multiple websites, and reviews content/pricing information for accuracy
· Ensures that pages contain proper site tags and metadata
· Assists in the scoping and documentation of ongoing website functional projects and improvements
· Work with Marketing Team/IT Team to prioritize and troubleshoot website issues
· Collaborate with the CEO, marketing teams, internal stakeholders and vendor partners on site enhancements and projects
· Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Manager to measure and report performance of commerce sites against established KPI’s and goals
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to leverage and retain inbound traffic from social media, PPC, and other digital impressions
· Collaborate with the marketing teams to execute online marketing campaigns
· Host quarterly forum with brand leadership discussing vision and site performance
· Serve as the liaison with our platform vendor to maintain a compelling and brand-appropriate shopping experience
· Manage the third-party seller ratings and onsite reviews platform (i.e Amazon)

· Social media savvy is a definite plus.
· Tech savvy-is a plus. If you hate figuring that stuff out, this probably isn’t the right role for you.

Your salary and pay and hours:
· Compensation is TBD based on experience, etc
· Hours are TBD depending on experience. We will start this as a part time position with opportunity to build into a full time position as we scale.
· We are protective about time off and downtime, however, if something’s on a tight deadline, then we expect it to be completed
· We are much more flexible than normal employers-you want a long weekend here and there, that’s cool as long as it’s planned out and balls aren’t dropped.
