We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work across multiple innovative work streams for an iconic automotive brand. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with digital work produced in conjunction with data-driven Customer Experience research. The Sr. Project Manager will support the larger, interdisciplinary team in producing revolutionary creative work in partnership with the client to carry this brand forward in the digital space. The Senior Project Manager should have proven experience working in omni-channel and digital in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You are responsible for client satisfaction, quality of work and project profitability while ensuring that the project deliverables map to the business objectives. This position requires working in an Agile framework with multiple teams across different locations. You must have the dual ability to maintain the broad vision required for executing a project, including strategic thinking and leadership from beginning to end, as well as the talent for overseeing all the small details that add up to fulfilling our commitment to client satisfaction and project requirements.
What you’ll do:
- People | Partner with the Program and Account Leads to provide ongoing client satisfaction. Work with the broader cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope. Oversee the creation of goals and strategy throughout project. This role reports into the Program Manager.
- Process | Communicate expectations to client and team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, testing and launch.
- Work | Oversee project profitability. Create and oversee project schedule. Ensure timely completion through all phases. Take lead on quality control issues. Write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with the team.

What you’ll need:
- 6+ years of project and delivery management experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role; minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects and other interactive media.
- Specific experience with Fortune 100 clients in marketing communications, branding or business analysis preferred
- Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients and the ability to lead project teams.
- Able to demonstrate proven organizational and project management skills and must be detail oriented. Ability to develop and manage timelines and understand project dependencies and impacts, especially within a large team.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (CX, UX, Tech, Creative, PM/AM) across remote offices.
- Agile Certification or Scrum Master capability is preferred.
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practice.
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing, communications, business or other closely-related areas. PMP certification a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design, optimization and search practices.
- Customer Experience, e-commerce, retail and consumer brand marketing experience are highly desired.
- High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them.
- Self motivated and driven to build and create great work.
