The Strategic Co-CEO Projects team is a cross-functional team supporting SAP’s COO and Co-CEO in three ways: First, by helping to bring both SAP‘s vision and mission to life through the accelereation of SAP’s strategy execution. Second, by supporting SAP to transform into an Intelligent Enterprise, best-run business and reference customer. And third, by equipping the Co-CEO with all the information necessary to accomplish his daily tasks. To turn these intentions into impact, the Strategic Projects team is in the need of the best talents.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Coordinate, prepare, execute and follow-up special Co-CEO projects and complex ad-hoc tasks
- Develop a strategic project pipeline by challenging the status quo, conducting business reviews as well as deep dive analyses, and monitoring execution
- Deliver expert analysis and Co-CEO consulting, proposing evolvement, transformation and optimization recommendations
- Engage in critical topics, drive progress and ensure delivery
- Conduct external market research, collect and assess stakeholder sentiment
- Work closely together with executive assistants, business owners, and company experts
- Navigate in a global corporate environment and drive results through effective syndication and superior execution
- Work autonomously as individual contributor in a small but highly dynamic team
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Background/Studies in Business Administration, Information Technology or alike
- Familiar with the software industry and knowledgeable about the challenges, risks, opportunities and transformation needs today’s digital environment imposes on companies
- Ability to understand SAPs strategy & portfolio
- Business acumen, conceptual and strategic thinking, ability to translate business demands into solution approaches and drive them to execution
- Out-of-the box thinker capable of relentlessly challenging the status quo and coming up with new ways of approaching things
- Vigilant observer, proactively identifying and addressing areas with need for improvement
- Ability to quickly capture complex issues and circumstances and break them down into easily digestible models, always striving to phrase things crisp and clear
- Strong analytical skills as well as reporting proficiency
- Flexible self-starter mentality with ability to excel without supervision and under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Fluent English and German is mandatory
- Loyal team player, driving outcomes to new heights through collaboration and able to build and leverage a network of experts
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
- Curious, open-minded and eager to learn
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years working experience within SAP
- Solid working experience in the software industry
- Candidates with consulting background preferred
- International experience is a strong plus
