Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture., Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Agile experience
- Minimum 4 years of Scrum Master experience
- SaFe or LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Experience
- Ability to meet travel requirements

Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associateâs Degree with 6 years of work experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Scrum of Scrums / Complex ecosystem
- Agile tooling suite background (i.e. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central)
- Driven and proactive
