Job Description
Aside from being a solid Scrum Master, here are some additional qualifications/information related to what the client is looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Senior-level resource who has experience in leading Agile software development teams (ideally 10+ yrs of project manager, 4+ yrs of Agile experience)
- Successfully managed teams of varied Agile maturity level and handled teams in transition from Waterfall to Agile
- Experience in Agile coaching highly desirable
- Candidate must be an excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
- Candidate must have a strong desire to improve the delivery process in support of the PMO
- Candidate would support software development projects that deliver technology to our Stores. The software delivered is used by Store Colleagues and Customers.
- Knowledge of In Store / Retail technologies is desired but not required
Education
**
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required.
