Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master on the OxBow development team you will support one or more teams within a fast-paced development environment. This role is intended to help software development teams achieve their goals as high performing software development teams, creating a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement, and provide a leader for Agile projects. The Scrum Master ensures clear communication and organization of the group and coaching development associates in all aspects of the standard Agile Scrum Process. Participate in all phases of the product development life-cycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.

Requirements:

*Bachelors Degree in computer technology, business or related field

*2+ years of relevant IT experience including strong understanding or customer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, prioritization, estimation and capacity management

*10+ years of front-end development experience, query design and database development

*Solid IT Background strongly desired

*Proven ability to work with the development team to create value

*excellent organizational and process skills with experience coordinating multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously

*Be available to stakeholders and address product inquiries and urgent product requests
