The opportunity:
We are looking for a process-oriented Project Manager to oversee and quarterback our national fleet of approximately 200 vehicles and counting. The ideal candidate will be a strong project manager with the ability to delegate to multiple operations, product, and finance stakeholders dispersed across the country. This position will be based out of our Culver City office and will report directly to our VP of Operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage acquisition, oversight, and maintenance over our growing, national vehicle fleet of box trucks and vans
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure all fleet-related projects are completed on-time and on-budget
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with our national fleet vendors
  • Partner closely with our Finance team to identify ways to drive efficiencies and cost savings
  • Partner with our Director of Safety on ensuring fleet compliance and accident avoidance
  • Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming DOT regulations
  • Review and update SOPs specific to the execution of fleet logistics
  • Track progress on new rollouts and initiatives and provide timely status reports to Clutter’s executive team

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; operations management or supply chain experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or transportation
  • Experience with project management across capacity planning, supply chain management, and/or infrastructure deployment
  • Ability to drive results by effectively project managing across multiple business units
  • Ability to work both autonomously and cross-functionally
