Though we specialize in accounts payable automation, we automate a variety of document-intensive business processes.

We are seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst with a business process analysis background. In this client-facing role, you will drive customer solution projects from inception through implementation. Expertise in Financial, ERP, or ECM systems is desired but not required.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee and manage customer deployments of our Cloud-based software platform.
  • Define and re-engineer business processes through technology solutions.
  • Manage all tasks, scopes, schedules and budgets for both fixed price and Time & Material project engagements.
  • Serve as the main liaison to customer project teams, creating related documentation and communications.
  • Manage change control in accordance with corporate standards.

Required experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management in a software solutions implementation environment, with demonstrated client-facing experience:

  • Managing several projects/project scopes concurrently including all resources associated with projects.
  • Working with Business Process Management or Enterprise Content Management.
  • Identifying statements of work and developing cost estimates.

Desired Skills (not required to be considered for the position)

  • Experience using Jira and/or SupportForce (SalesForce.com) to track and manage defects.
  • Experience using FinancialForce PSA (SalesForce.com) to manage projects and T&E.
  • Experience using MS Project.
  • Software-as-a-service (SAAS) and/or Cloud industry experience a plus.
  • Experience Managing IBM FileNet and/or IBM Datacap application deployments a plus.
  • Experience in software development, software architecture, or systems analyst.
  • Full life cycle software development in a large enterprise utilizing n-tier architecture.
