Menlo ERP is looking for an individual who can successfully manage all aspects of a project, preferably with experience in accounting and/or technology implementations. Often times this individual will be required to manage several projects at different stages simultaneously. Knowing how to execute project management methodologies for both small and large projects is key, and strong oral and written communication is a must.
Job Duties:
- Manage both internal and external project management activities, using SSiâs standard methodology, including: project kick off meeting, project status reporting, project management meetings and project metrics reporting.
- Resource scheduling for projects to optimize staff skills and utilization
- Meets financial objectives of project by forecasting estimated expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Help desk management and metrics reporting
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
