    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Responsible for the overall sales, client acquisition, estimating, supplementation, insurance and client communication activities for ProStruct Builders

    2. Report to assigned Team Managers at ProStruct Builders

    3. Work collaboratively with the ProStruct Builders Staff and hired Independent
    Contractors to execute operational plans and assure all actions are following ProStruct
    Builders policy and procedures

    4. Contribute and build an atmosphere of collegiality and cooperation among staff and
    independent contractors, while adhering to the policies and procedures of ProStruct
    Builders

    5. Promote and execute quality, comprehensive, effective, and client-focused roofing
    solutions

    6. Maintain high quality standards for all actions and decision making in all areas of
    ProStruct Builders

    7. Ensure actions and decisions aid in achievement of ProStruct Builders mission, goals,
    values, and performance expectations

    8. Be highly fluent and competent in areas including but not limited to:

    o Sales pitch, damage assessments, client interactions, estimating, supplementation, insurance adjustments, insurance company communication, ProStruct selected client and project management software, material ordering, roofing installation, job site safety, types of roofing, and anything else appropriate to help increase quality and efficiency in job performance

    9. Strive to use resources in ways that will maximize the delivery of services within the resource and policy constraints of ProStruct Builders

    10. Keep detailed records of communication and coordination between client, insurance companies, and ProStruct Builders in designated software

    11. Build effective working relationships with:

    o Clients, ProStruct Builders Staff, Independent Contractors, Subcontractors,

    Insurance Adjusters, Appraisers, and Public Adjusters

    12. Detailed responsibilities and tasks are provided in the ProStruct Responsibility Matrix

    13. Perform any other duties as reasonably required by/for ProStruct Builders

    Sales Position Pay Structure
    Effective 5/1/2019

    Below is the breakdown for the pay structure for Sales Employees. This pay structure will be paid as an employee and will include healthcare with employer paying of 50% of the basic plan for the employee.

    Sales Requirements

    • Minimum of 30 hours per week

    o Knocking Doors

    o Estimating

    o Supplementation

    o Communication with insurance, client, and ProStructTeam

    • Detailed Sales responsibilities will be outlined and finalized prior to the new pay structure start date.

    Pay Structure for Sales

    • 12.5% of the standard cap out calculations

    o The commission percentage is calculated from the total amount collected from the
    client, less materials, labor, office and marketing costs.
