Job Description: This role will be responsible for leading our continued integration to SAP across the Order to Cash and Service processes requiring collaborative work with partner programs and other Divisions of Stryker. Responsibilities will include developing and communicating project timelines, working in partnership with peers to secure resources outlined within a developed resource plan, ensuring that timelines are adhered to, and more. The individual in this role will both lead resources and complete projects on their own.
Job responsibilities:
o Indirectly leads and supports people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
o Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
o Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
o Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings
o Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree required
o 3+ years experience required
o Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com, and Project Management tools preferred
o Demonstrated experience leading technology projects preferred
o Experience with integrating mergers and acquisitions preferred
o Industry certifications preferred
o Sedentary work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc. Generally involves sitting most of the time.
o Must be able to review printed materials
o Must be able to communicate with large groups of people.
o Ability to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, Fax machine, etc.).
o Must be able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines, budgets and procedures.
o Must be able to analyze and resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
o Must be able to routinely make decisions that have a company-wide effect.
o Enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment and coping with uncertainty
