Peak Pro Financial is a niche FMO/IMO in Denver working with specific Financial tools and methodologies to approach high level Financial Advisors. Due to fantastic growth we are currently looking for a President of Annuities to head up and lead our Annuity division. This person will be a passionate entrepreneur who has the ability to work autonomously with confidence to drive Annuity production. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This role provides an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives our fixed annuity business
Key Responsibilities and requirements:
- Drive Fixed Annuity production using current and new relationships
- Build Marketing strategies such as Seminars, Direct Mail, TV and Radio
- Hire and train sales professionals to work in the Annuity division and continue the growth of Peak Pro Financial
- Extensive knowledge of Annuity products and Marketing strategies
- Extensive experience recruiting and coaching Financial Professionals
- 5+ years working with FMO, IMO, BGA companies
- Proven track record in the effective planning and delivery of results to clients
