Responsible to develop and execute strategic business plans using NextGen’s solutions to benefit our client’s success working in partnership and collaboration with sales leadership, field sales, marketing, product strategy and account management. Coordinate proper specific support and leverage subject matter experts at appropriate points in the client’s life cycle. Responsible to develop and drive a corporate strategy at the executive leadership level of the client corporation, complementing the practice-level efforts of the NextGen field sales team. Responsible to create corporate-level pricing proposals across all NextGen solutions and NextGen vendor partners. Drive strategic collaboration across the sales organization at all levels. Ultimate responsibility for informing the design and scope of the end-to-end demo as appropriate by participating in discovery and competitive analytics and then crafting a strategic recommendation that addresses specific client objectives. Post sales, responsible for transitioning the client to the service teams for implementation of the strategy with the appropriate solutions and maintains executive level support with a regular cadence in association with the sales team. Additionally, responsible for regularly scheduled onsite, telephonic and web-based communication with existing customers to ensure clients are informed and implementing the most recent technology from NextGen.

Job Requirements:

  • Partner with sales to drive a strategic plan with large, corporate accounts, including align the client’s multi-year strategic initiatives with the NextGen solutions of products, services, and consulting to drive incremental value for our clients and revenue for the NextGen (NG).

Drive sales strategy around clinician initiatives and priorities for our clients to ensure resources, messaging and executive level vision is aligned to how we present our solutions from a clinical, financial, and value driven messaging.

Collaborates with Sales, Sales Support, Product Strategy and Marketing to communicate unique business needs/drivers.

Communicates new industry trends/new product enhancements and how they differentiate NextGen from the competition.

Works closely with Product Management and Solution Directors to identify product gaps and solutions to be incorporated into the development road map based on client feedback.

Align the key priorities for our clients around upgrades, new technology, and tie into the overall priorities of our clients.

Work with internal resources within NG to engage and problem solve issues for key strategic national accounts that includes up to the NG Executive Leadership Team level.

Lead and engage in quarterly business reviews with key accounts that they are assigned, to present new solutions to our clients from a “consultative” view.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 10+ years in Healthcare Sales or Operations and/or delivery in FFS and FFV settings
