Who we are looking for:
Work on a daily basis with digital analytics platforms to explore complex data sets and make recommendations for marketing strategies and/or site design changes. Deliver meaningful customer insights. Identify and develop data collection strategies to support standard and ad-hoc reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure online campaigns, website, and conversion funnel performance. Lead the process of web analytics tag implementation and testing during the development of online media, marketing landing pages, websites, conversion funnels, and mobile applications. Provide tag implementation requirements to product managers and technical teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field, plus three (3) years of experience in a marketing digital analytics role. Must have three (3) years of experience with each of the following: Digital analytics technologies and working with data visualization technologies and data schema to report and drive insights; Preparing and producing analytics reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis; JavaScript and tag manager methodologies to participate in the web analytics tag implementation and testing during the development of online media, marketing landing pages, websites, conversion funnels, and mobile applications; Developing marketing performance measurement using digital analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics; Designing and developing dashboards and scorecards, including KPI and reporting frame refinement to evaluate and increase return on Investment of marketing campaigns; Analyzing and reporting interactive consumer metrics and translating information into actionable recommendations to evaluate and increase return on Investment of marketing campaigns; and Implementing analytics tags and media pixels to collect reliable data and support business insights, using tag management solutions (Tealium and Adobe DTM), JavaScript associated with digital analytics platforms, HTML, and CSS languages.
