We Offer

  • Permanent position as the Security Architecture Lead in IT Strategy & Architecture within the Group Chief Information Officer organization
  • Provide thought & technical leadership, mentorship & support for about 5-7 Security Architects
  • Understand the high level needs of GCIOs customers and use these to drive the architectural & security strategy
  • Accountable for the delivery and maintenance of the banks Security Architecture, corresponding Strategies, Strategic Roadmaps and Reference Architectures
  • Define and balance the alignment with standards, and/or reference architectures/models, and ensure architecture guidelines, decisions and changes are up to date
  • Align and collaborate with Security Architects and Business Divisions on dependencies across technical domains and service areas
  • Increase the engagement of the security architecture team and architecture community both within GCIO and within the divisions and actively engage in strategic projects
  • Member of the Technical Design Authority board to ensure that the right security decisions are taken in full context, dependencies are professionally balanced and appropriate socialization of key decisions takes place

You Offer

  • At least 8-10 years Equivalent work experience of leadership in a global organization with focus on IT security, with business partners in several locations over several different time zones.
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Outstanding understanding about trends in Cyber and IT security, technologies and tools!
  • Proficient in balancing business partner views and interests. Engage very senior leaders with different professional and cultural background in merits of IT security, articulating business benefits in very tangible ways. Recognized for your dedication, client-focus and engaged behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with a strategic attitude which you can use to structure complex issues
  • Able to learn and react on tasks on short notice and sometimes with uncertain scope
