The US Subsidiary is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead a team of Operating Unit (OU) Finance mangers partnering with Industry Sales Organizations, with strong skills in team leadership, influencing for scalable impact, business partnership, process excellence and leading through change.

The business relies heavily on a strong finance partnership to enable success and you will have the ability to exercise significant influence in this pivotal role. This role will partner with the Sales Leadership Team to establish and drive tactical and financial/strategic execution for the business. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting an evolving financial measurement model that supports and enhances the Sales organizations ability to drive transformation and manage performance

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of finance managers partnering with their respective field sales leadership team to drive strategic and financial initiatives, identify sales opportunities and leverage or evangelize tools that can be used by the business to realize these opportunities.
- Provide analyses and advice to support the Field sales leader on business issues in the region and support the sales team in achieving revenue and profitability goals. e.g. discount analysis, ROI, revenue KPIs, Complex Deal Economics
- Recognize and understand underlying business and market drivers and the competitive landscape across commercial Microsoft products.
- Drive change through key ROB activities such as Close, forecast and planning to scale through appropriate tools and processes
- Drive influencing strategy for US landing key strategies investment strategy to enable short term goals and set us up to achieve aspirations.
Qualifications
One of the single most important characteristics of an ideal candidate is passion for technology and willingness to dive into the business and build recommendations to help guide the business in the right direction. The person should be able to build and nurture relationships across finance and business partners to drive insights and impact. Requirements/Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 10+ years of accounting/ finance experience
- A history of collaborating with and/or influencing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Experience managing an accounting close cycle and providing guidance on accounting treatment is required
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA.
