Full Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Financial Wellness Experience Project Manager will identify and present opportunities to increase employee motivation to maximize opportunities; build and deepen client relationships centered in financial wellness
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify opportunities to support the end to end client experience through strategy sessions, ideation, definition and testing of new employee experiences and product concepts for the Consumer Bank
Translate and address employee needs within the Consumer Bank with simple solutions that are scalable and digital
Learn and adapt to agile methodologies to work iteratively
Support continuous learning and collaboration with partners
Ensure employee-centric strategies and financial wellness initiatives are consistent with KeyBankâs overarching value propositions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience- experience with Change Management, familiarity with project life cycle phases and tools, strong ability to identify issues with urgency to recommend solutions, mentoring, and/ or people leadership
Have a passion to create positive client centric experiences
Basic understanding and experience with solving complex employee/ client needs
Entry level experience with storytelling + curating presentations
Ability to operate in an agile environment
Ability to build relationships and influence broadly
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and familiarity with banking
