    We are currently seeking a talented and professional, LA based Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to support a busy Entrepreneur who is actively expanding her global business!

    In this highly visible role, you will be running point for the CEO on daily priorities that include: creating and managing social media content for accounts, working closely with the creative and marketing teams, assisting with logistics coordination when needed, traveling with CEO as needed, and running personal errands that help streamline her busy schedule. Our ideal candidate will also be somewhat of a social media guru. Someone with a creative eye, who can think outside the box when it comes to post worthy pictures, videos, and content in general.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a college grad with at least 2 years of professional business experience providing EA/PA support to a busy executive; or someone with 4+ years of experience assisting a high level executive in the arts & entertainment industry or similar fast paced environment. This position is perfect for someone always eager to learn, grow, always up for a new challenge, and handles wearing multiple hats with ease!

    We’re looking for a Rockstar who is:

    • OUTSTANDING with interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including advanced level of proofreading, editing and grammatical skills.
    • WICKED-SMART and super organized, knows how to think and plan ahead, and pays great attention to details.
    • WORKS HARD, can meet and manage deadlines, and can juggle multiple projects while meeting expectations. Time management is key.
    • IN TUNE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and EXPERIENCED with all current social media platforms. Someone with a creative eye, who can think outside the box when it comes to social media worthy pictures, videos, and content in general. **Please provide your social media handles**

    Job responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to):

    • Creating and managing CEO’s Social Media content for her platforms
    • Managing CEO’s schedules and meetings
    • Coordinating CEO’s travel arrangements and other logistics as needed
    • Taking notes during meetings / following up post meetings
    • Acting as a liaison between CEO, creative and marketing teams, and clients
    • Home management and running errands as needed
    • Heavy email/ phone correspondence
    • Basic administrative duties (checking mail, scanning, printing, filing, and organizing)
    • Must have a 24/7 mentality with flexible availability
    • Handling assigned projects with minimal supervision
    • Must be able and willing to travel with CEO as needed

    – Position will be primarily based in the company’s North Hollywood location, however, position may require traveling to various locations based on CEO’s needs.
