- Hours: Dependent upon work load which will vary: 5 – 20 hours/week – 8-10 average
- Location: Virtual with daily pick-ups/drop-offs @ my office

- Set appointments with clients and prospects
- Anticipates calendar and travel issues and resolves
- Proactively secures meetings to optimize time and revenue
- Helps create and manage unique and meaningful client/prospect events
- Brainstorms possibilities

- Creates and sends invitations
- Manages inventory of office supplies proactively
- Learns what is needed
- Checks quality and adequacy of supplies regularly
- Purchases additional supplies as needed, on a timely basis
- Stocks supplies, anticipating needed supplies
- Creates and maintains client database independently
- Creates organization scheme/uses existing software
- Labels appropriately
- Maintains in alpha order
- Maintains filing system efficiently
- Creates organization with existing system
- Acquires organizing tools as needed
