We are seeking a
highly qualified individual to fill a position for an Environmental Management
System Project Manager. The position is responsible for developing,
implementing and administering the Orange County Utilities environmental
management system (EMS). The EMS helps utilities effectively serve the public
through a formal continuous improvement program. The Project Manager is
responsible for updating a formal capacity, management, operation and
maintenance (CMOM) program through the EMS including assessment and mitigation
of existing gaps.
The EMS Project
Manager works with Senior Management to establish organizational work
processes, perform internal technical and process audits and develop corrective
recommendations to optimize the use of human and material resources.
