Electrical Commercial Service Department Manager/Small Projects Divisionwill have a key role in support, management and growth of Benfield Electric Co., OF VA, Inc service & call center for Metro DC and Virginia for our commercial service department.

Electrical Commercial Service Dept Manager/Small Projects Division Requirements:
- Clean Driving Record Is Required
- 5 Years’ experience managing an 24/7 Electrical Service Department with (10) or more service electricians in a fast paced service environment.
- 5 years’ experience with Office 360, Microsoft Office & Outlook.
- 5 Years’ experience working with Property Management companies for service and maintenance of common area electrical equipment
- Team player with strong & decisive leadership skills!
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and maintain records.
- Experience with AIA payment applications.
- Broad understanding of all areas of a typical electrical service business.
- Experience with tenant fit outs.
- Experience with closeout documents.
- Experience and knowledge of estimating and quick turnaround of small service or repair work/tenant fit outs of $1,000.00 to $200,000.00
- Applicant must be experienced with a variety of the electrical troubling shooting and repair concepts, including the technical ability to understand and interpret Electrical Codes and the NFPA.
- Experience and knowledge of electrical applications, permits, electrical maintenance goals, Facility Maintenance & PM standards, and AIA contracts.
- Journeyman’s license a plus.
