Job Summary:

The Digital Capabilities Product Manager will be responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for digital capabilities across channels by developing end-to-end client experience and leading the execution of this vision. You will join our team with the technical understanding of the different digital platforms, capability solutions and latest trends in the field, and will ensure that the bank is setting itself up for success while building the digital roadmap.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Develop vision, strategy, point-of-arrival, and roadmap across the web and mobile applications and serve as an industry authority for all things related to Digital Capabilities.
  • Support effective and scalable digital capabilities solutions are implemented and executed for all digital product channels.
  • Maintain current competitive landscape analysis to inform outstanding journeys across different industries.
  • Collaborate with other Journey Owners, Line of Businesses and Control Partners to deeply understand product requirements and business needs to gain alignment across the business.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and “own” the journey analytics to continuously improve the customer experience and prioritize roadmap and backlog.
  • Work closely will all internal and external partners to achieve outstanding customer experience in alignment with goals and performance indicators.
  • Liaison with the Agile development team to execute the roadmap in the most efficient way.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and build the best UI/UX.
  • Partner with control functions to ensure the journey adheres to all legal and compliance requirements.
  • Act as liaison between businesses, creative agencies, and technology teams to ensure that all deliverables are being met.
  • Actively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter authoritative with a vision for business and technology teams and assist with the prioritization of backlog functionality.
  • Provide leadership with recommendations on future functionality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, aligning their goals to execute on multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Drive interaction with marketing, sales, operations, and technology to deliver customer-centric products and services.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a solid understanding of digital platforms and capabilities.
  • BA is required or comparable work experience.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest trends and underlying technology in digital.
  • Ability to work closely with technology leaders and translate customer experience needs into technical and control requirements.
  • Experience developing talent and infusing knowledge and experience within the wider organization.
  • Passionate about overall client happiness.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Agile process and principles.
  • Experience with JIRA/Aha preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytic, strategic and innovative thinking, and customer empathy.
  • Effective teamwork and team-building skills.
  • Validated ability to interact and influence management.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities.
