The Compliance Manager will report to the Head of Licensed Products Compliance for Intuit and will manage loan brokering compliance for QB Capital and the Smart Money Team.


Responsibilities

  • Create a partner quality control process to ensure brokered loans and loan products meet contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Work with Business Development to create and oversee the process for 3rd party partner selection and ongoing oversight to ensure compliance to contractual obligations, regulation and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the business to develop and validate loan data from 3rd party partners.
  • Identify, develop and report out on key risk indicators.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Development teams on new product/partner offerings.
  • Work with Global Compliance and Legal to implement product updates as a result of regulatory changes.
  • Help develop policies and implement processes within QB Capital & the Smart Money Team.
  • Work with internal and external business partners to remediate findings from assessments, audits and exams.
  • Help drive the mindset that Compliance is a strategic advantage, enabling growth and customer delight.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ year’s professional experience, 5+ years’ experience in Compliance preferred.
  • CRCM or other professional certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending, including familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations, such as ECOA, FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, UDAP, GLBA/Privacy, OFAC and 3rd party vendor management.
  • Ability to understand laws/regulations/policies and execute testing based on those requirements.
  • Ability to work independently – self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
