Job Expectations:

The Community Market President is responsible for meeting assigned market profitability objectives through management of all lines of business; whether directly or through subordinate managers/supervisors/staff.

Essential Functions:

• Management of commercial business development/lending functions to assure profitability and

compliance with applicable policies, etc.

• Maintain compliance with all regulations, Commerce practices, etc. across lines of business
• Manage market staff members to assure that objectives are met
• Strong focus on business development

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

For this position, federal regulations require Commerce Bank to prepare an investigatory consumer report which will disclose credit history. If you express interest in and are considered for this position, you will be asked to authorize that report.
