CEO PERSONAL ASSISTANT
A NEW CAREER FOR THE NEW YEAR
We produce television shows in the Baltimore DC area and are an upwardly mobile media production company based in Sparks MD. We are searching for a dedicated and experienced individual to provide executive and personal assistant support to our CEO.
Duties would include:
- Driving our Executive to and from meetings
- Assisting with meeting scheduling and special planning
- Liaison work between our CEO and clients via email and phone.
- Assistance in PR efforts
- Errand running and miscellaneous daily business tasks
Candidates must be resourceful and enjoy working within a growing, entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and fast-paced. You must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, demonstrating consistently strong verbal and written communication; effective administrative and organizational skills.
You also must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Applicants must also have the ability to handle sensitive information and be flexible when the day doesn’t go as planned.
*Self-defense training is a bonus and we would be happy to employ former military or those with a background in security.
Please note, this is not a 9 to 5 job, it is a salaried position that requires nights and weekends on occasion. Compensation will be a step program with potential to reach six figures.
