About this role

We are seeking a highly-motivated Aide to the CEO (or “executive assistant” or “chief of staff” – title TBD). The primary mission is to serve as a force multiplier for the CEO to improve outcomes for all SonderMind stakeholders. The person in this role will be expected to field requests from the CEO (and potentially board members and other executives) and respond within a short time frame. This is NOT for someone looking for a “9-5 job;” while in-office hours during the weekend/nights are not normally expected, online availability during those times WILL be expected. This individual could ultimately move into a another growth area for the company, following outstanding performance for at least 18 months; alternatively, this could be the start to a long-term partnership for someone who enjoys the pace and access associated with the role.

GOTTA HAVE:

  • Exceptionally organized and awesome with deadlines, project and expectation management, while maintaining a sense of calm
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university

OUTCOMES

  • By the end of the first week, assume responsibility for scheduling and calendar management
  • Within two weeks, manage basic CEO coordination activities for internal company meetings, external meetings and calls, travel and preferences
  • Within one month, collect notes during appropriate meetings, prepare for upcoming meetings/calls, collecting and drive a list of key decisions needed each day, including: documents to review and/or sign, important emails, invitations, deadlines, reminders, etc.
  • On an ongoing basis, coordinate events in the office and support People Ops company activities
  • On an ongoing basis, seek out and be open to a myriad of one-off projects, research activities and support tasks

  • Experience in a healthcare technology company or VC-backed technology startup
