About this role
The Aladdin Business is seeking a Head of Learning Services with experience in technology services to develop and execute on a business-wide, global learning strategy for the Aladdin Community – inclusive of employees, clients and ecosystem partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with Clients, Business Leaders, Executive Leadership Team, and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs
- Developing a learning plan that may include in-person, virtual, 1:1, self-paced, and blended methodologies to address client and employee needs
- Working collaboratively with Instructional Designers, Curriculum Managers, and Aladdin SMEs to create learning solutions tying to business objectives
- Leading, coaching, and developing a global team of Curriculum Managers
- Overseeing external vendors / solutions to supplement internal learning resources as needed
- Curating and maintaining new client and new hire onboarding program that showcases Aladdin’s culture and content, and sets new users and hires up for success
- Curating and maintaining onboarding and continuing education program to train and keep Aladdin users updated on functionality
- Creating and maintaining training & certification programs for strategic business partners
- Establishing a data-driven approach for assessing the effectiveness of the learning program
